Incident:
Mr. Arokia Raj is quite a regular guest at the TGKF, he dined on the 12th of June with his family of five, during his dinner experience his wedding ring had come off and had fallen on the floor without him noticing, Later that night while closing this ring was spotted by our staff Mr. Senthil immediately he called Mr. Arokia Raj and enquired weather he had lost any ring of his or one of his family members. That is when Mr. Arokia realized that his ring was missing. He immediately thanked senthil for his honesty and was delighted by the hospitality provided to him.

Sajeena Sherin

Incident:
Miss Bianca has been staying with us for the past three weeks she works for Hewlett Packard she is from Romania and this is her official visit. During the course of her stay she is very regular at the Garden Café for break fast where Sajeena Sherin takes good care of her every single day, on 8th July Bianca was heading to a Indian Marriage where she was wearing an customary Salwar Kameez, Sajeena went to her and complimented her on the looks and told she would be better if she wears a bindhi and some flowers, Bianca told Sajeena that she was unable to find one. So Sherin went the extra mile and got her some bindhi and flowers to suit her attire, Later that day Miss Bianca came back from the occasion and thanked Sherin as all of her friends complimented her looks. This deed by Sajeena sure left a personal touch that she really cares.

Naresh....Food Production

Mr. Naresh works at our Garden Café Live station and on 18 September during the dinner Buffet session he came across a Gold Bracelet while he was on a buffet orientation to a guest.
He recollected the people who preceded the buffet where by coming to a conclusion …he approached the other guests and enquired and handed their Gold Bracelet which was worth 40 Grams to them.
The guest was very much happy with an Honest Gesture and thanked him.

Ramesh ...Loss Prevention

On 15th August there was an Out door Banquet at CTC for 1800 Covers, The Banquet turned out to be very busy where constant raw materials was required by the kitchen and the stewarding team at the venue, Mr. Ramesh coordinated with the drivers and made sure all the materials were delivered on time, his attitude with all supporting staffs was commendable, Invariably he was instrumental in aiding the kitchen and the stewarding staff who were striving to please our guests at the venue.

Sajeena Sherin.


Mr. David Chaudary & Mrs. Sushelia Chaudary had been staying with us from 8th of January till 14th January in #154,
During the course of the stay our at site staff Miss Sajeena sherin developed a personal bonding with them as they are very regular for garden café breakfast sessions, And further learnt that Mrs. Sushelia is Diabetic & she was extremely health conscious over the food she is consuming.
All was well till 13th January, Unfortunately on the night of 13th January Mr David had received tragic news that his brother is no more and he had to leave immediately to
Raj Mundri Andhra Pradesh so he left our premises by 3:00 Am, Mrs. Sushelia was staying back as she was leaving around 11 Am which was as scheduled.
So, during he breakfast session Miss Sajeena approached Mrs Sushelia for her routine conversation that is when she learnt that Mr. David had already left, On hearing the tragic news Miss Sajeena tried to console Mrs. Sushelia, And asked What she was going to do for lunch as she is traveling, That is when Mrs. Sushelia realized about the same and further enquired where she can get a good loaf of Whole wheat Bread in Chennai and she would pick it up while leaving Chennai.
Sajeena went the extra mile and told the guest that she would arrange for a loaf of whole wheat bread and necessary accompaniments.
Mrs.Sushiela was very much delighted and appreciated Sherin for her courteous behavior.
And being our guest for the first time she was very much impressed about our staff’s courteous nature and vowed to stay with us in future.
